On March 25th 2020, the NDIS announced a few updates designed to support providers delivering support to participants. We have had several clients ask if we will be implementing those changes at Optimal Living Therapy.

 

These changes include:

 

Service Fees:

As a company we have chosen to maintain our services fees at the pre existing NDIS price guide rate

 

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy will remain the same. If the participant makes a short-notice cancellation, which is after 3pm the day before the service, the provider may charge up to 90% of the agreed price for the cancelled appointment.

 

This decision was made to better serve our clients so that they can still receive the same service from their NDIS plan.
