Optimal Therapy Founder, Lauren Hart was recently interviewed by journalist Eleanor Beidatsch in the Great Southern about AT and the NDIS from the perspective of a therapy provider.
Lauren notes that whilst the new mid cost changes will help reduce some of the time frames clients currently face (albeit with other potential concerns), ideally we’d work in a system that lets therapists be therapists, and supports participants to spend their funding on achieving their goals, rather than in bureaucratic processes.
