Get to know Kaisha:

Why did you choose a career in the Occupational Therapy industry?

I decided to pursue a career as an occupational therapist following my own experience with OT in the public health system. I was looking for a profession that would allow me to help people in creative way, and I discovered that OT was the perfect fit.

What is the best part of your job?

Meeting people in their own homes and communities, learning about their lives and what’s important to them. It is incredibly rewarding to work alongside people to find solutions to meet their goals. As someone new to the profession, I love working with such a passionate and supportive team here at OLT.
