What was a highlight from the UK and what will you miss the most?

One of the highlights of my time working in the UK was the opportunity to immerse myself in a healthcare system with such a rich history and diverse patient population. The experience of working in both bustling urban places like London and more serene settings like Bath really allowed me to grow as a clinician. I had great experiences working across acute, inpatient rehabilitation and community neurological settings. What I will miss most is definitely the travel – being able to hop on a plane to Italy in two hours was an absolute standout!

What are you most looking forward to now that you’re back at OLT?

Now that I’m back at Optimal Living Therapy, I’m most excited to reconnect with my colleagues and clients, and to continue supporting individuals in their journey toward greater independence and well-being. Having had the chance to gain new experiences and perspectives in the UK, I’m eager to bring those insights back into my practice here in Australia.
