Optimal Living Therapy was founded  to provide therapy, rehabilitation services and home modification and access consulting services for people of all ages and conditions.

With a background primarily in acquired/traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and the aged care population our goal is to provide rehabilitation that allows you live the life you desire and be as independent as possible. Part of rehabilitation is providing consultation services that improve or establish the best possible access to your home for yourself now and in the future.

Lauren Hart is an Occupational Therapist and the founder of Optimal Living Therapy. Having graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy Lauren has worked in a variety of areas and with an extensive range of clients in her career thus far.

Lauren has completed a diploma in Access Consultancy with the Institute of Access Training Australia, and works closely with builders and architects on receiving Livable Housing design certifications.
